The early variety of the blueberries are ready for picking. The price this year will be pick your own at $1.50 per pound (or quart container full). Pick your own at HUMC on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 8:00am to noon. $1.50 per pound and all proceeds during the month of June go to the Appalachian Service Project. Thirty-two of our youth and adults will travel to Tennessee to share the love of our Lord by working on home repairs in July .

The blueberry patch is located behind the main church parking lot on the right-hand side through the pine trees. You may leave the electric fence on or unplug the control at the light pole in the right corner of the patch. If the fence is on you can grasp the black gate handle and unhook the wire stepping over the bottom wire to enter the patch. Reattach the wire and re-plug the control on your exit.
